Prosecco Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 Verdisio
Pale straw-yellow hue with light green reflections. A little lively, with a delicate and fine fruity bouquet recalling apple in particular. Elegant and balanced, an ideal wine for hors d’oeuvres and light first courses. Best served cool at 8°/10° C. Its bright straw-yellow colour, strong fruity bouquet with many spicy overtones, give this wine its a strong personality.Excellent with light first courses, soups, cheese. Best served cool at 10°/12° C. Wine from the old traditions of the hills of the Treviso district, and rediscovered in a modern key. Its straw-yellow colour tending to light green , the pleasant and fine character, and delicate fruity overtones make it an extremely agreeable wine. Serve at 8°/10° C.
           
Chardonnay
A typical wine with yellow light-green colour, delicate and characteristic bouquet, with dry and unmistakable taste. Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Serve at 8°/10°  C.
Vini Rossi
Marzemino Frizzante Merlot   Colli di Conegliano rosso
This wine is produced in limited quantities. Ruby red colour, with strong bouquet and particularly full-bodied and sweet flavour, with overtones of blackberry and marasca. A typical after-meal wine, served at 12° C.  Its bright  straw-yellow colour, strong fruity bouquet with many spicy overtones, give this wine its a strong personality. Excellent with light first courses, soups, cheese. Best served cool at 10°/12° C. A light and brilliant red wine, with lingering and delicate bouquet, with dry and generous flavour. Perfect with main courses of roast meats. Serve at 16°/18° C
           
Cabernet La derla
Deep ruby red colour with shades of violet. Winey bouquet, round, rich in overtones recalling wild fruits, and particularly blackberries. Its excellent structure, smoothness and unquestionable personality make it ideal for red meats, even spicy. Serve at 16°/18° C.
