    TASTING NOTES

    Colour

    straw yellow with greenish glints.

    Bouquet

    Fragrant, intense and complex with overtones of ripe pears and wild flowers and a slight final note of bread crust.

    Palate

    Fine, fresh, sapid, harmonious and unsophisticated to the palate with a good aromatic persistence.

    Serving suggestions

    Ideal with seafood salads, pasta dishes based on fish and shellfish and particularly rich and tasty soup. It is an interesting combination with boiled, grilled fish and soufflé.
